So i did someone a favor and worked 2 hours at a bath and body works 2 years ago. Yes, retail. I was a sales associate for 2 hours. Well, i did a bad job supposedly, i rearranged the store (without asking) the way i liked it and took 4 10 minute breaks to space out at the dale & thomas popcorn shop nearby. I only worked 2 hours in total. So i never deposited the check, i just found the check a week ago and deposited it. i checked it first and it said you can deposit until dec 07. or so i thought ... turns out it expired in 06 so they returned my check as fraudulent and now i got a letter from bath and body works saying im involved in fraud. yes i'm a space cadet and should have looked at the check (for $18.04) but still this is funny. i'd like to get paid for my 2 hours though.
