I think all of us entrepreneurs need to learn time management. I've gotten better at it, my spam filter helps, email helps. I stopped using AIM for the most part and just rely on email and phone. AIM kills too much time. It can take 20 minutes on aim to achieve what you get from a 20 second email. I stopped using PDA's = addiction = i don't want my email 24/7. I'm addicted to my laptop enough. When i put my laptop away i want a friggin break. PS. I was addicted to treo's for 4 years and they caused me many personal issues. The 12 step program for TREO addiction was really tough too!

I think i could use an assistant to take care of scheduling, basic follow up, gatekeepering on random phone calls, organizational stuff and paperwork. I think an intern or asst could help. I used to have a bunch of interns at varying times but none right now. I'm doing a craigslist posting and hope to find someone. Maybe i can even find someone to work for course credit (free)
